Bischopsford Trinity Reformed College stands in the heart of Hout Bay, Cape Town, a place of breathtaking beauty where faith, scholarship, and community meet.
The College was established to equip men and women across Africa and beyond with rigorous Reformed theological education, grounded in the timeless truths of the Christian faith.

Academic Pathways
Three-Year Certificate in Theological Studies
Foundational seminary-level training in Scripture, Systematic Theology, Church History, and Preaching (Homiletics).
Master of Arts in Theology
Offered in partnership with Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary (Grand Rapids, Michigan) - a fully accredited postgraduate degree.
Centre for Higher Study (Coming Soon)
A dedicated space for pastors, scholars, and PhD students to research, write, and grow in fellowship.
The Spurgeon Library
Bischopsford Trinity Reformed College has officially acquired the historic theological library of Spurgeon’s College, UK; one of the most significant collections of evangelical theological works in the world.
This extraordinary collection of over 60,000 theological texts, journals, and Spurgeon archives will find its new home in Cape Town, forming the foundation of our growing theological and educational library. A legacy once rooted in London will now continue to inspire the next generation of Reformed thinkers at Bischopsford.
CAMPUS
Our campus blends in-person and online learning in a hybrid model that opens access to students throughout Southern Africa and beyond. Amid gardens, a café, bookstore, and local church, the College offers a true home for Christian fellowship and growth.
